A Zomato Customer Experience associate is responsible for addressing needs of online ordering customers and improving customer service .They work as part of the zomato company (Zomato Associate Accelerator Program )

Responsibility Of Zomato Customer Experience Associate job Role

Understanding customer needs : Like gaining an understanding of customer sentiments and challenges.

Improving customer service : Elevating the standard of Zomato customer service

Identifying customer service : Identifying key problems and surfacing them to other Zomato teams.

Providing solution : Providing customer with new and exciting solution

Handling Customer feed back :Handling customer feed back also maintain Inquires ,and other complaints.

Work Model:

  1. Shift Timings would be informed a week in advance subject to business
  2. We will operate in morning ,afternoon, evening to business.
  3. It’s a work from office (WFO ) role unless otherwise specified on the basis of business requirements .

Screening And Interview Process :

  1. Candidates  must submit a 1 –minute video as part of the screening Process.
  2. Shortlisted candidates will be contracted for the next round of interaction

Other Requirement Is Also Must :

  • Very strong communication skills
  • 2022,2023,2024 graduates  (Any Discipline )
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts and flexible with shift timings.
  • Ability to work as customer service setup.
