Amazon is looking for motivated and detail oriented individuals to join its team as Content Reviewers .As a Content Reviewer ,you will be responsible for reviewing ,Analyzing, and ensuring the quality and appropriateness of content published on Amazon platforms .This role required a keen eye for detail, the ability to follow content policies ,and strong analytical skills .
As a Content reviews ,You will :
- Consistently meet productivity ,precision
- Review and moderate content in English and /or the language you are hired for using translation tools if necessary.
- Review and monitor user generated content to ensure it complies with Amazon’s content guidelines and standards .this includes IMAGES, TEXT, Product Descriptions videos and reviews .
- Audit Advertiser emails and customer feedback to identify and recommend improvements.
- Ensure content accuracy ,rele Vance and quality Flag content that violates amazon’s terms of services or community guidelines .
- Stay Updated on global News and trends to handle critical content effectively.
Basic Qualification Required :
- Bachelor’s degree.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Some roles may prefer a bachelors degree )
- Experience with Microsoft office products and applications .
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Ability To work a flexible schedule, including weekends Nights, and holidays.
- Comfortable with online platforms and technology Ability to quickly adapt to new software or tools.
- Good verbal and written communication skills able to articulate concerns or suggestion clearly.
Preferred Qualifications For Content Reviewer
- Advance Knowledge of Excel.
- Experience in online advertising.
