Job Roles :
- Sales Agent :
-Generating Leads or sales via calls ,emails, online platforms.
– Converting inquiries into sales by presenting products or services .
-Handling client objections and following up with prospects.
– Managing a sales pipeline and achieving targets .
- Customer service :
- Assisting customer with inquiries ,complaints ,or issues regarding products / services .
- Providing information on products ,service or policies.
Ensuring customer satisfaction by problems promptly
Key responsibilities :
- Communication :Fluency in Hindi to communicate effectively with customer across India.
- Sales /customer support : Address customer concern and process sales transactions.
- Handling Queries : Addressing customer issue Via Phone, Email, or Chat ensuring satisfaction.
- Reporting and Documentation : Maintaining Records of customer interactions and sales .
- Work from Home : The job allows working remotely with flexibility in working hours.

Skills and Requirements:
- Strong Communication skills or customer service (if applicable )
