Respin is hiring for speech Recording and Transcription

• Responsibility :
• Review understand topic related to agriculture ,finance and general domains .
• Engage in conversation with acquaintances in the local dialect of the selected languages
• Accurately transcribe these recording in the same dialect…

      Requirements :

• Basic typing Experience
• Proficiency in reading and understanding a native language
• (Both local Dialect and standard version )
• A degree in a native language –related course is a plus.
• Access to a personal Mobile  or computer An smart phone and a reliable internet connection
• Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets and Google Translation.

Salary : 500Rs for every 20 minutes of effective recording.

Application Process  :

Candidate will participate in a pilot task to determine suitability .

Work Location : This job is completely  remote you can do these job at your home easily.

Eligibility: Undergraduates ,graduates ,and Postgraduates are eligible to apply .Both Fresher /Experience candidate can Apply.

Interview Rounds :

Objective : Initial Screening of you Application , including you details and CV

What They Look for :

• Specified Local Language (Reading ,Writing, and speaking )
• Basic typing and computer skills.
• Access to required hardware (laptop /Desktop Android Internet connection )

Pilot Task : /Test Assignment

In this round you may be required to transcribe a short of sample of audio content in your local dialect and submit it for evolution .

• You might need to record a sample conversation in your native dialect and provide accurate transcription.

Tips For Success :

• Familiarize yourself with Google Transliteration or other transcription tools.

Double – check the spelling ,grammar ,and formatting of your transcription

Online /Telephonic Interview (If Applicable )

Tips for success :

Speak confidently and showcase your understanding of your local dialect.

Highlight your experience (if Any) Related to transcription or similar tasks .

Technical /Tool proficiency Assessment (If Needed )

To Verify that you can use tools like Google Docs ,Google Sheets and Transcription software effectively.

Details : you Might be given a short task using these ,such as formatting a transcription in Google Docs or entering data into Google Sheets.

Final Selection :

Candidates who performed well in the pilot task and / interview stages will be selected.

Successful Candidates will receive onboarding Instruction ,Including project guidelines and deadlines.

Preparation Tips :

• Brush up on your Native Languages written and spoken forms ,especially the local dialect.
• Ensure your technical setup (Laptop ,smartphone, internet )Is reliable and ready for use.
• Practice Transcribing short audio clips from similar topic (Agriculture ,Finance , etc…)
