Job Responsibility :
- Customer Interaction : Professionally manage inbound and outbound client interaction addressing queries and concerns via voice and blended processes.
- Process Adherence : Follow establish workflows, scripts and standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy and timeliness in all interactions .
- Communication : Maintain effective and professional communication with clients in English ,managing escalations by understanding clients concerns and providing prompt resolutions.
- Team collaboration : Collaboration with team members to achieve organizational objectives and contribute feedback to improve services quality.
Education Qualification : Undergraduates , graduation is not mandatory Candidates should not be Full –time students and must have cleared their most recent exams.
Experience : Fresher’s are encouraged to apply.
Skills Required :
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to adapt to a 24 Hours shift environment
- Proficiency in Handling voice and blended process.
Prefer skills : Exposure to international BPO or call center operations and prior experience in blended process.
Work environment :
- Shift details : 5 days working with 2 rotational week –offs
- Location : Kensington –Pawai Mumbai
- Transport facility : Limited to candidates within the transport boundaries.
