Key Responsibility:
Customer Calls :handle incoming customer calls and queries through the customer support Centre .Provide accurate and timely information regarding customer inquiries .
Support Operations Queue : Manage cases from the support operations queue ,including customer inquires on self service access ,password resets ,accounts and contact data management and product download enablement .Ensure all cases are resolve in a timely .
Chat Functionality : Utilize chat functionality to communicate effectively with customer resolve customer issued and provide support through live chat.
Customer Service Analyst Qualifications :
Communications skills : Excellent verbal & written communication skills .
Technical Proficiency : Experience with customer support software and chat tools .share point experience is an advantage.
Problem solving ability : Strong problem solving skills and attentional to details .
