Cision is currently hiring customer support specialist for remote position in India welcoming applications from freshers .As a Customer Support Specialist you will be responsible for :
- Responding to customer inquires Via supported communication channels.
- Taking ownership of support tickets, and managing them through all process stages until resolution
- Escalating support cases based on severity levels and associated business risk assessment.
- Becoming an expert on the brand watch product suite and its features as they are launched .
- Providing outstanding service to customer through prompt and value –adding interactions over phone, emails, and chat.
