Job Description : Teleperformance is hiring for professionals to join our team for Banking Voice Process .This work from home opportunity is designed for candidates with excellent command over English and the ability to handle Voice –Based customer interactions effectively .Training will be conducted at the office before transition to remote.

Key Responsibilities as Banking Voice Process:
- Handling Customer quires through inbound Calls, Emails, or chat for international clients .
- Providing solution and resolving issues related to products or service in a polite and professional manner.
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Documenting interaction and updating customer records as required .
- Following scripts and guidelines and updating customer records as required.
Qualification :
- Graduates : Fresher’s and experience Candidates are eligible.
- Undergraduates :Must have a minimum of 1 year experience (on Paper)
Skills and Qualifications :
- Ability to work in a team environment while being accountable for Indidual performance.
- Strong communication skills : to effectively manage customer interactions.
- Basic computer skills : with proficiency in MS Office and other standard office software.
- Fluency in English (Both verbal and written communication )Is essential.
- Problem solving ability to address customer issues with patience and professionalism.
Salary Details :
- CTC 31,000 -36,000 per month
- In hand Salary : 27,000 – 31,000 per month.
Training and Equipment
- Training will be conducting by the company
- Upon Certification ,the company will provide a desktop for remote work
Working Hours :
- Flexible hours to accommodate international time zone.
- Willingness to work in shifts, depending on he assigned region.
