Department : Online Sales /Customer Support / Operations (depending on the specific team )

Reports To : Team Leading /Manager/Operations/Online Sales

Job Summary :

As An Online Associate you will be part of IndiaMart ,s Dynamic team, responsible for ensuring seamless operations, assisting customers, and driving growth through the online platform. Your role involves interacting with B2B Customers, Handling Inquiries and facilitating successful transactions on the platform. You will contribute to IndiaMart’s Growth by supporting our missing to connect buyers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Customer Support & Engagement :
  • Assist customer (suppliers and buyers)in navigating the IndiaMart Platform.
  • Provide real time responses to customer queries Email, Chat, Or Phone.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues faced by users and provide solutions.
  • Help customers create ,manage and optimize their listing and product profile .
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction levels through prompt and effective.
  • Online Sales & lead Management :
  • Identify and engage potential leads for business development
  • Assist sellers in promoting their products ,understanding markets trends and driving sales.
  • Help customers with product orders ,quotes and inquiries ensuring a smooth transaction process.
  • Providing Post –sale assistance to buyers and sellers to foster long team relationships.
  • Data Management & Reporting

Required Skills & Qualification :

Education : Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (Fresh Graduates are welcome )

Skills :

  1. Strong Communication Skills (Both written and verbal )In English and Hindi or regional language’s
  2. Proficiency in using online platforms ,tools ,and Microsoft office suite.
  3. Ability to work independently and handle customer queries efficiently .
  4. Basic understanding of online sales or customer support.
  5. Problem solving and attention to details .
