About The Role Customer Support Associate Role :

The customer Associate role at wipro involve inbound interactions with clients to provide seamless customer services .The position emphasizes strong communication skills and adaptability to a dynamic work environment. This role is suited for fresher’s or candidates with up to one year of experience offerings an excellent entry  point into the BPM/ BPO Industry .

Job Responsibility :

  • Customer Interaction : Professionally manage inbound and outbound client interaction addressing queries and concerns via voice and blended processes.
  • Process Adherence : Follow establish workflows, scripts and standard operating procedures to ensure accuracy and timeliness in all interactions .
  • Communication : Maintain effective and professional communication with clients in English ,managing escalations by understanding clients concerns and providing prompt resolutions.
  • Team collaboration : Collaboration with team members to achieve organizational objectives and contribute feedback to improve services quality.

Education Qualification : Undergraduates , graduation is not mandatory Candidates should not be Full –time students and must have cleared their most recent exams.

Experience : Fresher’s are encouraged to apply.

Skills Required :

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to adapt to a 24 Hours shift environment
  • Proficiency in Handling voice and blended process.

Prefer  skills : Exposure to international BPO or call center operations and prior experience in blended process.

Work environment :

  • Shift details : 5 days working with 2 rotational week –offs
  • Location : Kensington –Pawai Mumbai
  • Transport facility : Limited to candidates within the transport boundaries.
