Responsibility Of Zomato Customer Experience Associate job Role
Understanding customer needs : Like gaining an understanding of customer sentiments and challenges.
Improving customer service : Elevating the standard of Zomato customer service
Identifying customer service : Identifying key problems and surfacing them to other Zomato teams.
Providing solution : Providing customer with new and exciting solution
Handling Customer feed back :Handling customer feed back also maintain Inquires ,and other complaints.
Work Model:
- Shift Timings would be informed a week in advance subject to business
- We will operate in morning ,afternoon, evening to business.
- It’s a work from office (WFO ) role unless otherwise specified on the basis of business requirements .
